Refund policy

At Merali Jewels, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

To request a return, please contact us at info.meralijewels@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Personalized items, custom orders, gift cards, and clearance or sale items are not eligible for return.

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
